I’ve been using this professionally for 8 months. It has been great. The original light bulbs are still working, which is impressive considering I use them for several hours at a time for media days.

Excellent and affordable set

Lights, soft box’s, reflectors, and bounce sheets all work great and come in a good bag for carrying. However, the transmitter and receiver are very basic and did not work with my canon camera.

I'd absolutely buy these again. My main set up is a large soft box with one direct back light, which was used to achieve this image. For the price, it can't be beat. The set up was difficult. My husband and I even considered reaching out to the company to see if we were doing it wrong. Some pieces just don't make sense and the soft boxes feel like they'll snap when initially pushing them into place. Overall, would buy again simply for the quality. Not a fast set up, but great versatility with brightness.

Great value for beginners. The soft boxes are a bit difficult to set up, and a wider foot span would give the tripods a safer stand. But otherwise only positive notes: - tripods are tall - modeling light is dimmable - included remote works just fine - carrying bag for all components included - fast recovery time - comfortably long power cords Only having simple controls instead of a LCD screen saves you a few hundred, compared to other brands and models.
