Works great at relieving pressure points!!

My husband purchased this as a gift for me for my birthday and I love it! I have been using it for about 4 months now and can tell a huge difference in my muscles.The curved The Deep Trigger Massage Stick works wonders for tight muscles on your legs. I started going back to the gym a few months ago and of course the first couple days were awful. The soreness and pain in my legs was almost unbearable. I know that its best to try to work the soreness out but it gets to a point where it hurts to even move your legs and it feels like you can’t so thats where this stick came in handy. I would lay on my belly and my kids would take turns rolling the stick on my legs. Of course they thought it was funny because I was in so much pain sometimes and would yell out a few times but I knew if I didn’t get the acid pushed around then my legs would hurt for even longer. We did this a couple times the first day and by the next day my legs were feeling great again! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage stick!! As for the ball, it worked ok on my feet but wasn’t that great. The body back massage stick works great! It has 11 uniquely placed knobs that help you to be able to reach places that you normally can’t reach. When pressure is applied, it brings blood flow to your muscles and helps your muscles to recover faster. I normally have lower back pain but since using this massaging stick, the pain isn’t as bad anymore. And I get knots in my back all the time and I used to have to go to a massage therapist at least a few times a month to have the knots worked out of my back but not anymore. With this stick, I am able to work them out at home. Now don’t get me wrong, I still go to the therapist about once a month but she has said that I don’t have near as many knots anymore and that she is impressed with this massaging set. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and I would purchase it again! Highly recommend!!

I used to use a tennis ball to get into the nooks and crannies of my tight and overworked muscles and trigger points, but this tool works much better, especially to get down deep into my neck, the tops of my shoulders where I hold most of tension, and underneath my scapulae. I love the fact that the multiple knobs can be used in so many different ways. The BBB is made very well - seems very sturdy. I was hoping that I could start using the Rhinoball as an alternative to my tennis ball, but I didn't expect it to be SO hard. There was no give whatsoever and it ended up being really uncomfortable. Otherwise, this would have been a perfect set had I been able to choose the firmness of the ball. And since I bought these two as a set, I'll rate it as a set.

This is one of the most amazing tools I have ever used. My husband and myself have chronic back, shoulder and neck issues. I have a stress know at one of my shoulder blades that is the size of a golf ball...on a good day...it has been larger. Using the pointy end and just applying light pressure has helped the both of us tremendously. Be sure to read the instruction booklet that comes with the Back Buddy and you will be able to work out stress pressure point easily. The two little balls for the neck....AMAZING!!!!! I chose this set as I have plantar fascistic in my right foot..I have had problems with it for years and wanted to try the Rhino Ball...another wonderful tool. Again, follow the instruction booklet. The first day my arch was a little sore...but honestly, it felt so good on my feet I overdid it. It takes away the "tired" feeling. I cannot praise these two products enough. My husband who is the doubting one that anything is going to work...loves it. After using it just a couple times, he asks, "Where did you get this, it works!" Yes, this product works...yes it is worth the price...yes I would buy it again. Now for the construction...both are made from hard molded plastic. I do believe I could stand on either one and they would not break...I truly do not think I will have to replace them due to breakage. Thank you Body Back and Amazon.

Perfect! Worked several kinks out. Saved me from suffering all day from tight neck and shoulder spasms. Gonna recommend to my mom, she suffers from that all the time. I'm a medical provider in the military and we are starting to use fascia distortion techniques a lot more. (We manipulate patients with our hands, elbows, etc) Great results and faster healing. Fascia distortion when done correctly can be very painful, so this is normal to hurt during and feel sore the next day. Love this product as it allows me to fix myself. One trick with a stiff neck is place moderate pressure at the point in your back and shoulders that hurts when you move your neck. With pressure on this point move your neck. If pain free with movement then this is the point you need to work with the cane. Cheers!

My sister bought this for me. I suffer from Ankylosing Spondylytis and is am a computer Engineer (boom!). At just 24 and also a Gamer boy, having these constant back pain and spams is a lot to take in! These help me massage my back and aid in my sleep by releasing muscle tension. Much better than some random plastic tip I found in my curtain holders lol! Provides immediate relief from time to time but this isn't a magic wand and so some pain just won't go away no matter what you do so don't blame that on this product. I am a little lazy as I forget it from time to time but when I use it regularly my upper back and neck region feels more relaxed and less painful. Overall a great product and Hello From Nepal. This item with the back massager and the roller is a god send. i had no idea how bad my back was and this was the solution. I've found no-other similar product. I waited too long to purchase this. Should have got one years ago.

Been using this product for about a couple of weeks so far and it's becoming very useful with my study of trigger point therapy. Its self-application qualities are really helpful to get to those very subtle tender spots and bring a decent amount of relieve. I am still trying to figure out where each nob goes on the body but overall it feels like commonsense once you start familiarizing practicing with it on your body.

I don't know what I would do without this weird thing. It's brilliant. You can easily crush out the pressure points in your back anytime - no need to roll around on a ball, and much more precise. A friend of mine who is a martial arts teacher recommended it and I'm really glad he did. It's often the first thing I reach for after a long day when I walk in the door. Totally awesome piece of kit.
