Review: FUN, LIGHT, SHORT READ - BEARLY DENIABLE is the first book in the UnBearable Romance series. I’m not sure, but I believe you’ll want to read them in the order of release. This was a fun, light, short read (listen). I loved Sylvia and was glad she had the opportunity to slow down for a month or so and find herself in the town her aunt had loved so much. Do you suppose her aunt somehow knew Sylvia would find her HEA in Alaska? Narration: The narration by Erin Coker is well done. Her voice was pleasant to listen to while I drove and engaged in the story she was telling. This is the first book I have picked up from Amelia Wilson. I will definitely be looking for more. Great New Series!
Bearly Deniable is another great short story by Amelia Wilson. It's a quick read (actually read it while waiting for my brother to finish physical therapy) and is a great opening story to the series. Sylvia goes to Alaska to clean out and sell the cabin her aunt left her upon her death. Expecting an old beat-up jeep and small run-down cabin, Sylvia is pleasantly surprised to find a new Jeep and a mansion of a cabin. Her first night in town she meets Ryan the local bartender/owner and he instantly recognizes a mate for his bear. Ryan gets himself invited to help Sylvia hoping to get to know her better and maybe win her over. When Sylvia finds out he's a bear shifter she doesn't respond well but thanks to advice from her mother Ryan and Sylvia get their HEA! Can't wait to read more of this series.

Wish they let me do half a star
Title: Bearly Deniable Series: An UnBearable Shifter Book 1 Release Date: #AlreadyReleased Author: Amelia Wilson Reviewer: Ingrid Stephanie Jordan Serial: Standalone, No Cliffhanger Genre: #PRN #BearShifter My Rating: #3.5Stars☆☆☆.☆ •••••••••••••• This is the first I've ran from this author, it was kind of hard for me to read because there was nothing there to me. There was no Adventure, no Action packed, no Mystery, no Suspense, there was a lot of lust. So that's why I gave it a 3.5 Stars Sylvia Redding is a twenty-two year old human who took of work so that she could go to Alaska, her aunt passed away giving Sylvia her much loved cabin. Sylvia needed to clean it so she could put it on the market. Finally reaching the small town she went to the bar meeting the bartender he was so nice, it seems like she had to go there everyday then things started to happen with him it was great it was beautiful and then he told her what he was, was he crazy? Ryan Weller is a Bear Shifter who owns a bar. Living in this small town his whole life he knew everybody, when the blonde walked in he knew right away who she was to him, he to have her. A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

Six good reads for the price of one!
This book came with five different bonus stories! Other reviewers have written about Sylvia and the bear shifter Ryan in the main story. The first bonus book, Awakening, was a sci fi story. Two males from another planet were put into hibernation by some primitive, earthen, peoples and many centuries later archeologist Sera is studying the sarcophagus of one of them. He awakens; as an alien he is in danger of being harmed by certain people. He and Sera and the other male who is connected to him go on the run. The three share an alien sexual bond, and after coping with trouble and finding helpers, seemed set to start their own family. Bonus books Rune Sword and Rune Master, are a slightly different take on vampires. Old Scandinavian gods merged into humans when times changed and they had less worshipers. The vampires, called Draugr, were created to give the old vikings a chance to start behaving better. The sword was placed on the body of an evil Draugr, Hakon, to keep him from rising. Many centuries later his burial place was discovered and the Swedes lent the sword to an American museum. Nika was the curator involved. Various Draugr tried to get hold of the sword to reanimate Hakon, while others, led by Erik, tried to prevent this from happening. Nika and Erik end up together. In Rune Master Nika, who has moved to Sweden, first meets a man merged with the husband of the goddess who we know is merged with Nika. Nika's friend visits her, and has told her to frustrate Erik to see if he is trustworthy. Nika meets and is charmed by a colleague. Erik is captured by Draugr, but Nika is told to wait and lean to manage the runes, not rush to save him, the goddess Frigg inside her teacher knows he will survive. There is an international conference and some Draugr are planning an assassination. The last two bonus books were about the Rizer wolf pack. Humans and shifters kill each other on sight. Humans live in a sort of fortressed town, the shifters outside in the forest. Alpha Darian meets and saves his fated human mate Cara, when she runs away from town into the forest, to avoid being given to the town's evil leader as his sexual slave. They later show up in the second tale, when human Angelique uses her secret ability of foresight and manages to save a woman found on shifter territory from being killed. Angelique can't tell a lie nor reveal her abilities, and so Cara helps take the drugged woman back to the town. Pack healer Killian and Darian were furious when Angelique let Cara and the wolves be suspected of harming the human victim Killian had healed. She had another vision, got hurt, Killian helped, she then entered Darian's territory a third time, knowing Darian had said she would be killed if she did.

Nice light-hearted shifter romance. Sylvia starts out with guilt over what her Aunt has left her, but finally finds where she truly belongs. I thoroughly enjoyed Sylvia’s interactions with Ryan. Some of the scenes were funny, some were sad, but a really enjoyable story.

Amelia Wilson writes great stories which capture your imagination on page one and continue to be a real pager turner to the last page. I love bears so stories about bear shifters are always on my reading list. We have Sylvia who is from Maine and has inherited a house in Alaska so she goes to visit. Whilst there she meanders into the only pub there and is instantly attracted to Ryan behind the bar and , as he is a gorgeous bear shifter, his recognition of her as his mate is instantaneous and he knows that nothing is going to keep them apart whilst their is breath in his body. Well developed characters who you feel as if you "know" and can empathise with. This is the first in the series of what is going to be an absolute must for my Kindle library. Definitely recommended!!! Bearly Deniable (UnBearable Romance Series Book 1)

This was a great book. I absolutely loved the characters and the story. It was fun. It was easy to get into right from the beginning. The setting was fantastic and it was described very well. The author did a great job of writing this book. I love her writing techniques and have always enjoyed her books. I can't wait for the next one. I will tell my friends about this one. They will love it just as much as I did. I voluntarily read this as an ARC.

This is a great book to read, if you like shifters and vampires. The main book is awesome and the extra books in this read are also great reading. I did find some typos but not enough that you are put of the story line. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a great read. Excellent job of writing to the author.

Sylvia heads to Alaska having inherited a house from her great aunt. Arriving at the nearby town after driving for several hours needing food and rest, she meets Ryan who owns and runs a local bar. The following day she locates the property and explores what her inheritance consists of. Encountering Ryan again asks him for help. Romance happens until he admits that he is a bear shifter. Working through her worries, as he told her that she is his mate. Finally accepting both the truth about him and in love with him they decide to settle down and Sylvia decides to stay in Alaska. There are a couple of other stories included, a sci fi which I enjoyed and two others.
