I am looking for this product long time, this is a really good. And it has cover bag, carry very easy! I love it, I have tried other curling irons before but none of them is as good as this one. It works really good for this price and you can adjust the heating time. It also has a one hour auto-off protection so it's safe even if you happen to forget to turn it off.

I bought this curling iron since it's dual voltage, heats up to 400 degrees, ceramic and tourmaline coating. This curling iron is very light weight, and when I have it heated up to 400 degrees, it doesn't feel hot at all. Therefore, it takes me longer then usual to curl my medium long hair. My Ion is really hot when it's set at 400 degrees, except it's not dual voltage! I have not tested it if it's truly dual voltage yet. I'm returning this item, and looking for another dual voltage curling iron. bought for travel in Europe so I could deal with voltage issues. Iron clamp does not hold onto hair. I have thick hair with texture and it slides right out. Had to take huge chunks of hair to get it to stay and then the curl wasn't what I wanted. Would've liked to return but return window was closed. Also the tip gets very hot, came with a "glove" but who wants to deal with that. Give me back my old school iron from the 80's please!!!

It gets very hot but it doesn’t hold on to the hair hard enough to make a good curl!!!

This heats really nicely and the temp control is great. The button location is poorly designed. Everytime I use it, my fingers accidentally hit the "off" button. It's really annoying to have to turn it back on every singles time I curl a section of hair. There's not really a better way to hold it that I can find where my fingers aren't hitting the buttons.

This is the worst curling iron design. I am a hairstylist so I know curling irons. This does not hold hair in the clamp at all. There is a big gap between the clamp and the barrel. Also, the buttons are very easy to push while using the iron so it gets hotter without you realizing. Keep shopping, this is not a winner. So happy I was able to return it!
