I read a study about methylated folate helping to calm anxiety and overthinking at bed time. Long story short, some people have a deficiency that doesn't allow them to uptake other folates and having your mind racing in circles at night is actually one of the symptoms. I was skeptical of the study but I bought this anyway and I have to say it works. I've been taking it for 4 months in the mornings and I go right to sleep at night. I've been recommending it to friends and family. It works really well.
