Very pleasantly impressed and surprised with this item, the heat is really soothing and the shape is great for stretching and hitting those key points on my neck. Sit at a desk and stare at a monitor way too much or am sitting in my car driving long distance too much, I've been laying on this guy every night since getting it with the heat set on low. I have some of those 90-degree glasses so I can lay down flat and watch TV.I highly recommend using it on the floor, carpeted ideally, so you get good upward pressure onto your neck.The power and battery works as advertised with the ~30 minute shutoff, no big deal, the extended heat actually can get too hot if you leave it on forever. I love the one-button operation, simple and easy to remember how to use. I do keep forgetting which color means what heat, but I just press it again if it feels not like what I want at the moment - the temp changes fast enough that you can feel it literally in seconds.Fabric is comfy, and I do really like how there's a recessed zipper on the bottom edge so you can remove the cover for cleaning it. I don't know exactly how I would clean it when it gets real dirty as the button is stitched into the cover, but I guess sponge & towel with mild soap and water.USB-C charging is awesome. Comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable that's fine and also a nice little drawstring carrying bag. Keep the instruction manual in there with it so you can reference what color is what temperature.

Hot, hot, hot this baby gets to temp real quick. Comfortable, three settings, nice and thick and durable compared to other neck pillows I’ve tried. Easy to charge, and use when I feel the pain coming on. Get this is you are looking for warmth to help with neck pain. This has helped me feel better. It stays on my bed for easy access and use all the time.

This item is very firm - not much padding around the neck arch, and perhaps thats purposeful. The heat function works well, Medium is great for longer sessions, and I can tolerate the hot for 5 or 10 minutes before I turn it down a notch. The heat function works well and times out to conserve battery which I wasn't a fan of at first but now I appreciate it because I would forget to turn it off and always have a charging delay when I need it. With just a bit more padding in the arch I would have given 5 stars.

I loved how well this heated up, it felt wonderful! I love that it had 3 settings and found that the medium was perfect for me for 10 minutes, then I could switch to the lighter setting for another 10 minutes. My issue was with the design. It was too tall for me, it forced my neck up into a position that hurt after laying in it too long. I'm a small-to-medium sized woman, so it might just be my poorly-designed body/shoulders. If you're med-large sized, or bigger, you might have better luck.

So this thing has helped me so much with my neck. I have herniated c5-c6 and a tear, this thing helps tremendously. The only complaint I have, the battery sucks! It takes forever to charge, even with my phones fast charger. Regardless of how I charge it, I get 1-2 uses out of it before its dead. Best practice, charge it after every use or you'll need it and not have it charged.
