This is so handy I wish I had this sooner. Half of the time, when you get to the store, the checker they have is striped out or egged out, if they have one at all. This gives you total control, you can take it to the work, and if you care for it, will last a very long time. Stop going back and forth to the truck or toolbox!

Will measure & identify a wide range of Metric/SAE nuts & bolts. Can’t recommend for repairing damaged threads. For that a tap & die set would be needed. Fast delivery via Amazon. Took 1 star away (rated 4/5) due to painted on labels. I would have paid extra for etching or engraving. Recommend regardless, price is great.

this thing is great, it is much more convenient to figure out bolt sizes on a car where you can't necessarily see what you are doing. the cord seems to be decent quality also. i wish the threaded holes were a little deeper or were pass through as body bolts or bolts with tapered ends are hard to read with this.
