My second time purchasing! I love to cook with organic ingredients, and it’s hard to find genuine organic Korean red pepper flakes. I’m so happy to come across Lakehouse Farms, and love that they’re organic certified and US based, so the peppers are packed with antioxidants and natural nutrients. The flakes elevates my recipes like kimchi stew, spicy ribs, and bun bo hue! Also the package is quite big so it lasts a while.

This is the only brand that I can find where the chili peppers are not sourced from china. In this case, it is grown in the United States. It is very important that the source DOES NOT come from a place where safety and health are not in their vocabulary. Even the "Korean" brands are sourcing their peppers from china and just packaging it Korea. Read the labels folks, its for your own good. Its pricey but worth it and right now it is the only brand I trust.

The overall quality is good. So good but I have to say it's $$$$$$ wish it was cheaper especially this is coming from PA. I would love to buy this if they have some promotion...

Purchased it because it is a product of USA and without additives and preservatives. Clumps a little bit because nothing external added to it which is worth it. Not very spicy. Will buy again.
