i purchased this HDMI to VGA cable hoping for a simple and reliable connection, but it turned out to be completely useless. The cable did not work at all from the moment I received it. I tried it with multiple devices and monitors- no signal,no display. on top of that, the seller refused to replace or refund the product, which shows very poor customer service. This is a complete waste of money and time.I strongly advise others to stay away from this item and the seller.
