I have to say I’m pretty sure I’ve had this for like five or six days buzzing seven and what I need to say is I love these things. It was taken in the morning that I got them the next morning that I got them and I could feel a difference by the end of the day actually I thought I felt a difference before, but I waited till I got better. It was awesome.

I felt better one day one but it didn’t last! I would not buy it again. I read that most people are zinc deficient. Like Vit D deficient. I felt better when I stopped taking it!

The second day after taking this supplement I noticed a difference. I would definitely recommend it. Although I think it is a bit pricey and would hope the price could come down in the future.
