I use these for cutting the bases (6”) and the tops 5” for mini pies. Absolutely perfect fit in mini pie pans with just the right amount of dough being cut. Makes the fiddly work of cutting the dough to the right size a snap!

These were a little more expensive than some other listings, but I liked that the size is etched onto each cutter which is why I went with these. I made buttermilk biscuits using the 2 3/4in cutter and they turned out beautifully! The cutter easily and cleanly cut through the dough without squishing the edges allowing my biscuits to rise with perfect, flaky layers.
