Have just used this hydration pack for my first ever marathon today and it was perfect for what I needed.It's very light, bladder works fine, found it a bit tricky in the beginning to drink water as you have to bite on the sides to release, but that's something to get used to.I really like the divider and small pocket at the side, but most of all,the fact that it has a small pocket on each of the main straps, perfect to store a protein bar or two.I was also worried about the chafing reading from older comments but I adjusted the straps and it was very comfortable. Worn twice and after material just began to rip

I ordered this hydration pack to take with me for a motorcycle tour to Spain. Now that I was offered this bag via the Vine review scheme.In the event I did not have room for it on tour, but I've used it since then in the UK so I can finally write a review. Hydration is very important when the weather is hot, it can really degrade your riding so having easy access to water is a must.Fit is a little tight over a motorcycle jacket. I'm 6'1"(186cm) with a 42" (107cm) chest but obviously a bulky jacket adds on a little. The material is very light which is good, but does make a lot of crinkling sounds when you move it.The straps are very light and well ventilated but feel strong. There is quite a lot of adjustment potential at the bottom of the strap to allow you to cinch the bag into your body (important to stop the wind whipping the bag about). Also has two clips at the lower half of each strap to join the straps together and make sure the bag stays in place. All clips and zips feel quite tough but are easy to use.Overall keeps it's position on your body really well even at speed.The bag comes with is own hydration bag which is easy to fill, and made of quite thick plastic. The tube threads through it's own pocket and this holds it in place ready for use. I wouldn't drink from it on the move, but it's really handy if you are stopping, you can get a quick drink in just a moment.The bag has another compartment the same size as the hydration pack which you could fit a few items into: I use a small dry bag when it looks like rain, or if what I'm carrying might get damaged by a water leak (although I haven't had a leak from the hydration pack so far). There are four external pockets drawstring pockets but they don't zip up, so not sure I'd trust them at motorway speeds.In addition there is one zip pocket on the left shoulder strap, and one long zip down the right hand side of the bag, but they are both really shallow and I'm not sure what you could usefully fit in them: I think the one on body of the bag especially could have been much deeper which would have improved it's functionality no end.The bag is black and so if you're out in the sunshine a downside is that your water will warm up quite quickly. I wonder if a lighter colour might keep it cooler.I generally don't like a enormous bag on my back when riding any distance, this bag is not heavy, and gets lighter the further you go as you drink the water.I'm sure this bag is not designed for bikers, but it adapts to the purpose pretty well.Works similarly to other more expensive brand versions, but much better value. Recommended, but some redesign of the pocket layout could make it even better.

Comfortable, adjustable pack, decent quality and light. Good storage for keys etc.Bladder is good.Decent value for money.

This is a great bit of kit. The backpack is lightweight even when full. It’s fully adjustable and has extra room for a few small items like keys, wallet and an AirTag.2ltr bladder is more than enough for a days hike or a long run. It stayed dry and was easy to fill.

I truly like this bag, it's comfortable and doesn't weigh too heavy.I wear this front facing, on my chest. It's capable of storing a few extra bits like wallet or keys without feeling you're being weighed down.I wear this when I go motorcycling . I also filled the pouch with half a litre of water and even so, it still feels rather comfortable and not overbearing.The material is made of good quality and although I see no signs of tearing or general wear and tear yet, I'm sure it will last long enough with day to day use.My only contention is putting it on, it's not as comfortable to put it as the latches can be hard to reach, so ultimately I have to make do with just 1 latch and put it over my head like I'm wearing a T-Shirt. The other alternative of course would be to ask a friend or family to lock up the latch for you but, this option may not always be available especially if you're traveling on your own. As a result, i've had to improvise.The water pouch and suction pipe is BPA free I've been lead to believe although the smell of plastic is quite strong. It needs a good rinse and perhaps hot water treatment before use, something I failed to do. I only rinsed with it cold water and considered it enough to use right out of the box. (Don't be me).The straw of course is made of good quality and it has a great seal to prevent leakage.I like this very much but as stated, it's a pain to put on so be ready to improve. The other alternative would be to wear it like a rugsack to your back, the only problem is, you won't have quick access to the bag as its design is intended.

filled it up once and it was already leaking

During my weekend hike, this hydration backpack was a true companion. It's lightweight and didn't weigh me down as some of my previous packs have. The water bladder is easy to fill and didn't leak a single drop, keeping me hydrated throughout the journey. The additional pockets were perfect for my essentials, providing easy access without having to stop and search through the bag. It's comfortable, practical, and exactly what I need for my outdoor activities.
