Great Tool and Great Price - Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it!!
I recently had my rear window wiper arm broken at a car wash. I purchased the replacement arm and wiper blade but the replacement arm has a splined nut in it to allow the arm to be clocked properly and not rotate on the mounting shaft. I had small two and three jaw gear pullers but nothing that would fit and work. I ordered this Windshield Wiper Arm Removal Tool Kit for approximately $13. It fit under the broken arm part perfectly and in about 30 seconds I had the broken arm part off and have installed the new arm. This is a tool that works well, is well priced, and does the job. I recommend that everyone with a vehicle with a rear wiper arm buy this set and have it in your tool box so you are ready in case you need it. There is no substitution for the Right Tool for the Job! Shipping was good and the product arrived undamaged. Thank you very much!

Great Puller
Works great for my son‘s 2007 Ford edge, rear wiper arm assembly. We recently did the same repair on his girlfriend‘s Ford escape, and the nut came off without the polar. The only complaint I had on my son‘s car was that the bottom of the pillar actually got stuck on the end of the bolt. It took a couple minutes to get it to release. If I have to do this repair again, I will probably put something between the two to prevent that from happening. I’m sure this tool has prevented a lot of broken rear windows! A great set for the money – I am certain I will find other uses for this product as time goes on.

Must have
These are a must have to get rear wiper arm off. These worked great and are a nice tool to have.

Works
Worked well to remove my windshield wipers on my dodge. The metal casting seems crude but it was cheap.

Poor Quality Tool
Poor quality tool as the arms are misaligned so the shaft does not line up correctly with the stud on the wiper mechanism. The problem is the threaded shaft that the arm adjustment knob turns on is drilled at a slight angle into the body of the puller so the knob doesn't engage both arms evenly. I recommend spending a bit more for a quality tool.

A loaner tool or this one?
Used this on my Audi Q7 to replace my passenger side window wiper blade arm. Broke pull tools. Poor built quality- good for one time use. Better off to use a loaner tool from an auto parts store next time. Was about to do just that when I using some pb blaster and a smaller pry bar and then bam, it broke free. You get what you pay for. Took me about 30 minutes, when it should only in theory take a few minutes with the right tool, but hey that’s how it goes most times. Fixing it yourself is still way cheaper than the “stealership(s)” 😆

Very satisfying to use
This satisfies my OCD/precision i required in removing wiper arms. Far superior and satisfying to use than a screw driver.
