The media could not be loaded. I've always wanted to incorporate a good retinoid into my skincare routine, and after doing some research, I decided to try The Ordinary's Retinal 0.2% Emulsion. It's been an excellent choice! I apply it at night, after cleansing my face and before applying my moisturizer. I use just a small amount (about the size of a pea) and spread it evenly. At first, I used it only 2-3 times a week to get my skin used to it, and now I apply it every other night. The texture is light and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. It doesn't have a strong fragrance and didn't irritate my skin. After a few weeks, my skin feels smoother, brighter, and less textured. I've also noticed an improvement in the appearance of fine lines. If you're looking for an effective and affordable retinal product, this is a great option. Highly recommended!

This works surprisingly well! I didn’t like at first that the product is yellow like mustard. But I have grown to like it as it allows me to see how much and how thick the product has been applied. I do like the strength of the product. I use it only once a week but it has improved my skin texture and reduced fine lines!! I use the Abib clear jelly moisturizer with it and I do not experience dryness or peeling. I’m pleased with the product and I will continue to purchase. The ordinary never disappoints.

This stuff really does the job! Only for serious skincare users though because it’s very powerful. If you’ve already been using a topical Vitamin A product and you handle it well, I’d highly recommend giving this one a try next. Retinal is stronger than Retinol and this stuff is even more potent % than most on the affordable market. I use a few times a week at night and it has really helped my skin over the past few months to combat the signs of aging. For reference I’m 30 and I specifically have noticed smoothing of fine lines on forehead and smile area.

Tested on wrist with no reaction. Put on face and went to bed. Worked amazing. Skin looked good when I woke up. It comes out very yellow - this will absorb and lessen over time. The more yellow the more potent.I used toner, acne treatment, then this. Let it absorb before moisturizing!Good value for money, tick but application is pretty even. Will be using 1 - 2 x a week.

I love this stuff. I've used other Retinol products, and I wouldn't keep up with them because they were either oily or sticky and got all over when I slept. This one just feels soft on the skin. Also, this is a RetinAL, which is stronger. My skin handles retinols well, but if you aren't used to them, start slow. Great results, especially for the money.

I really enjoyed this product because it was strong enough that I could see that it was making a difference in some of the textured areas where I had problems if you did put too much on though it can be very drying. I’m quite fond of it and probably will keep using it because it does work on the fine lines.

This is a great retnoid for more advanced users or people that can tolerate high concentrations. I’ve only been using for a few nights and can see a slight difference in pore size, which is my main goal! Great value for your money, doesn’t leave me dry at all, doesn’t smell strongly. Comes out bright yellow but soaks right into the skin. New favorite retnoid!

I've been using retinol products for a while, so I feel like I'm pretty acclimated to the sensations of their use, but this was much stronger than I'd expected. The first time using it, my skin was irritated and needed extra moisturizing, but the next day my skin felt rejuvenated and brand new.I started with a twice weekly schedule, and I doubt I'll ever use it more than every other day. One squirt from the tube should be more than sufficient, so if you use it sparingly it should last 4-6 months. I've probably overemphasized the caution; I'd recommend it to anyone except those with sensitive skin. And use sunscreen!
