Lucky & Mountain Man! 💙🐐
When I tell you I fangirled so much when I saw the post announcing this book! This author is a go to of mine and has been for many years. After reading and loving Last on the List I was so thrilled that the rest of The Fletcher Brothers were getting their own books! I've been excited for this one ever since. Once I started reading it, I didn't turn away until I read it all in one sitting. I loved this story so dang much!!Wyatt and Trista's journey pulled me right in! Wyatt lives on Fletcher Mountain with two of his brothers, Calder and Luke. He really wants to be a father, but doesn't want a relationship so he's trying the surrogacy route. Trista is trying her best to go after her dreams and open an wildlife animal rescue facility. Being a surrogate could help make that dream reality. When circumstances bring Wyatt and Trista together they realize they could help each other. The more they are around each other, the more feelings ignite between them. Can Trista and Wyatt ignore everything between them for Nine months and then go their separate ways? Who knows what all could happen on this mountain. 😏Can I just say I love the one of a kind way that Wyatt and Trista were brought into each other's lives? Wyatt wanting to become a father touched my heart and Trista going after her dreams had me cheering her on. These two and the back and forth between them were priceless and had me even more glued to them and their story! I didn't know how they'd tackle living on the same mountain together, the surrogacy, things in their lives, and of course, every feeling they brought out in each other's hearts and I couldn't turn away from them! From the moments that had me smiling and blushing to the ones that got me choked up. I went through so many emotions with both Trista and Wyatt! There was so much more to both these two characters than meets the eye and getting to peel back both of their layers was truly special for me. I really enjoyed getting to see all the sides they brought out in one another and how they got each other. Trista and Wyatt were both so relatable and lovable to me. The chemistry that these two shared was undeniable, blushworthy, and truly heartwarming!Letting another soul break through into your heart can be one of the toughest things, but so worth it which Wyatt and Trista's journey sure showed!Oh my heart! I absolutely adored the Fletcher family! Being reunited with some of my favorites truly had me grinning ear to ear! I loved what everyone brought to the story and the grumpy/sunshine and forced proximity aspects of it all. I could picture everything so vividly in my mind that it had me wishing I lived on Fletcher Mountain. Also, I couldn't get over all the adorable animals featured throughout! 🥰With Nine Month Contract, Ms.Daws has created one of the most unique and utterly entertaining stories I've ever had the honor of reading! This story was filled with depth and heart, hot kindle melting moments, strong bonds, hilarious exchanges, cute animals, true realness, and so much love! I already want to go back and reread this all over again. If you haven't read this author's work yet, please change that! Her stories and characters are day brighteners that stay with you long after you've reached the end! 💙🐐There's an author's note you can check out that's about the content within regarding surrogacy.

Cute Romance
Cute story. Easy to ready. The characters are fun. Didn't hold my attention well so it took me a while to read but is a good book all the same.

Sweet, Funny and Swoony
The prologue of this book is exciting, and I love that the author is venturing into a more taboo subject but doing so professionally. However, if you have a sensitivity to surrogacy, this book may not be for you.Wyatt is a grumpy mountain man, but the banter between brothers is fantastic. The ad is hilarious, but the love behind it in this large family is sweet. I do like that we get Everly's perspective. She is the teenager behind the superior strategy of surrogacy for her uncle. Everly's plan is a little strange but super sweet. This story had some nice lighthearted moments thrown in that are honestly laugh-out-loud funny. However, it gets very mature as baby-making gets involved. The grumpy/sunshine is very apparent, but Trista is also very independent. I like Wyatt's overly protective and caring personality. The story is a racket with all the farm animals. This mountain man has finally met his match. Things finally sizzle for them, and just wow. I love that he falls first, and the found family is so sweet. These mountain men don't disappoint with a rugged appeal, protective nature, and swoon-worthy loyalty. This book gets emotional as history and hormones emerge, but even though I got teary, I laughed two seconds later. I love this sweet mountain man romance, with an intriguing storyline and plenty of banter to keep you chuckling. This book was the perfect lighthearted read, and even though it covers some more delicate topics, the author did a great job balancing the topics and tropes to make this book amazing.

Loving the series so far
I read Max and Cozy's book a while back and saw this one come up for me and decided to continue the story of the brothers. It did not disappoint! And I will) likely have some spoilers after this paragraph somewhere. The background stories of the characters are well thought out and very much make the story captivating on how they move from their pasts and grow together. In her case, "Lucky's" parents who weren't real parents "raised" her and basically abandoned her all her life and then officially at 14 years old. Her sister then helped out but then also turned around and abandoned her at 16. So definitely not a good family upbringing to mold her. So she doesn't want a family of her own.In his case, "Mountain Man" had an amazing upbringing with his parents but lost his dad a couple years back and a girl he thought could have been marriage material a decade prior. He decides he's pushing 40 and wants a baby of his own but isn't finding one through the surrogate agency. In comes his niece, Everly, to be the mastermind and get him a baby mama and also someone to fall in love with. She takes it up on herself to find a surrogate who is single and can fall in love with her uncle Wyatt. She picked perfectly! Naturally. (Otherwise that'd make for a crappy book). But it was fun to see them grow together and for them to reassure each other that they really are there for each other and they aren't going anywhere because they are falling for each other. The animals all making their way to the mountain was cute too. And each new addition stole the show.Definitely a good read. Now I'm looking forward to the next set up by Everly in the next book and the wedding for these two. How fun will that be? 💙

It was cute. I didn’t love or hate this book. It was entertaining enough. Not sure I’ll read the other books.

😍🥰
Schön zu lesen, keine ständigen seitenlangen Wiederholungen der eigenen Situation, nur kurze Erwähnungen.Und die Neugier welches Tier als nächstes kommt, war immer dabei. Schön wenn es solche Familien gibt.

Plenty of laughter, with lots of sweet and spicy moments too
I really enjoyed this. The premise was a little different to other romances - this wasn't a fake romance where the couple have to pretend to be in love. This was a strictly business transaction between a single man who desperately wants to be a father and the woman he finds to be his surrogate. There were so many laugh out loud moments that I'm glad I wasn't reading this in public! From the insemination conversation to all the unwanted animals that Trista managed to sneak onto the mountain; the banter between the brothers (especially when Calder was involved!); to Everley's masterminding spreadsheets - there was plenty to laugh at. And amongst all the fun and laughter, there were some really touching moments too, particularly as Wyatt and his family helped Trista to see that she didn't have to do everything herself and could be part of a family too.

Enjoyable Read
Thoroughly enjoyed the read and audio version (though I am bias towards Teddy Hamilton...he is one of my favs. Erin was perfect also). The story was fun, witty, heartfelt with added spice. Curvy girl meets grumpy mountain man 🥰First time reading a book by this Author 🤩About to read "Last on my List" and have added "Seven Year Itch" to my list.
