I absolutely love this fan. The product was super easy to install and is great quality. The fan looks great and moves a lot of air even on the lowest setting. I like the ability it has to change the light settings. I highly recommend this fan over any $300.00 fan I have owned in the past.

I'm slowly making changes to my 1970s home. The original fan had the pull chain and was outdated. Saw this on Amazon and felt it was a really good deal given the price (under $150). Got someone to install it. It had several different length options and I choose to have it hanging lower since I have beams in my ceilings. The fan is huge put together compared to the other one. I purchased the 72 inch. The base is black but the blades are two toned. One side is brown and the other side is black. I chose to have us the black side of the blades. I really love this fan. It does move a lot of air like everyone says. It's quiet. The lights have 3 different modes - soft, white and bright. The remote is pretty simple to use. Has a timer setting. The remote comes with a mounting bracket but I haven't done that part yet. So I just taped it together in case I change my mind. I've only had it up a few weeks so we'll see how we'll it functions over time.

Works great goes fast this is 72inch antique bronze. Can’t even hear it when it’s on and really moves air. Also comes with remote and adjust which way it goes with the remove. Light is pretty bright. Really good quality

I was really impressed with this fan. It looks great and works flawlessly so far. No complaints. Fits the space just right, provides great airflow, is lightweight, and a great value for the money!

My back porch needed a fan, and after struggling with a noisy garage fan I decided to replace my porch overhead light fixture with this fan. My porch ceiling is thin cementboard, not sheet rock, and there’s no attic crawlspace above, just about 12” gap to the 2nd story floor. This is all to say the instructions with the fan warned you need good support if replacing a light fixture for the added weight of the fan. I had to pull the light fixture of course. Then the flimsy plastic electrical box also had to go. I knew I would need a sturdy fixture attached to a wooden stud, but there was no way to do that myself… until chatGPT suggested a Westinghouse Saf-T brace made for this exact situation (bought it on Amazon). It fits through the 4” hole and allows you to extend it in the narrow space between beams, providing an attach point for the electrical box (provided with it) that is rated up to 70lbs. It took about 20 minutes or less to put it in place after cutting a tiny bit of the cementboard to allow the electrical box more clearance. It’s important to get all this right. It’s important to switch off electricity at the panel (not just the light switch) before any of this. The switch disconnects the “hot” wire but the neutral wire can still get you zapped if other circuits on the same panel switch are active. Don’t risk it. Find out which breaker switch controls the porch light and shut that thing off before touching any wires. The fan installation, after all this pre-work, was really simple. I just followed the directions. The tricky part was connecting the wires to my pain power. I had two sets of wires coming in parallel, so the wire nuts provided with the fan were not large enough. I reused the larger ones removed when I took off the previous light fixture. The wire gauge was different between the fan wires and my household wiring. Be sure after you tighten any wire nuts that all wires are secure! This almost got me, and I had to redo them a couple times to get it right. My porch ceiling is high, about 11 feet, so I used the 20” down rod. It’s easy to switch downrods and they provided 3 different ones with directions how to switch them. I installed the blades one at a time, fitting the opposite sides in order so things were easy to manage without getting too lopsided. My cheap electric screwdriver has a torque setting I never used until now. It was easy work getting all 24 screws to attach the blades in without overdriving them. By hand is fine, but you’re working upside down on a ladder, so do yourself a favor and get an electric driver if you’re older like me. Once it’s all installed and working, here are the things I absolutely love about this fan: 1) The light is LED based and bright. It has 3 levels of color between bright white and soft white. 2) the fan has 6 speeds and level 6 is really fast and moves a lot of air. 3) the fan is quiet even on the high speed. That was the deal-breaker for the garage fan I had before. There are a few oddities you may not mind or they might drive you crazy. 1) every light on/off cycle changes the light color. It’s not persistent between even if you’re switching it on/off using just the remote. The instructions say the light memory after 10 seconds but I couldn’t figure out how to set it. 2) the remote and instructions for it are confusing with buttons called “natural wind” and “safe mode” that don’t offer further explanations. I figured out myself that “natural wind” is a special mode where the fan varies its speed to simulate a varying breeze. Interesting. Weird? Okay I’ll go with it. Still not sure what is the anti theft button for “safe mode”. The “remote controller mute” doesn’t mute the remote controller (it’s silent), instead it mutes the tiny beep sound the fan makes then you press a button on the remote. The red “power” button is an “all off” switch. Doesn’t turn anything on, only off. The worst of these annoying features for me is the lack of a persistent light color setting. You have to cycle it on/off/on/off/on until you get the light color you want. Obviously a design flaw. That said, I’ll stick with this fan. The benefits outweigh the annoyances for me personally. But you may want to consider this before buying. If your circuit has a light switch, just use that to toggle the light setting you want and use the remote for the fan controls. That’s what I do. One star off for the annoying light behavior.

You won’t find a better deal on a fan this size and quality. Moves an incredible amount of air and the light is brighter than I expected. Super happy

Good price for the size. Quiet, considering the airflow it generates. Only issues are: 1) there is no memory, so if you switch off the power switch, when you turn it on, the light goes on and the fan does not. You have to use the remote for everything. 2) the light is way too bright, and if you turn it off, then switch off the poser to the fan and turn it back on, the light comes on again by default. 3) there is no app for this model, nor can it be controlled by a smarthome nor digital assistant. Note that it wobbled a bit at the start but after a few weeks settled into it's balljoint mount and smoothed itself out quite a bit. Worth keeping due to the sheer size and price, and I expect I will be able to eventually figure out the wiring, to bypass the limited remote controller and put a better one in that has smart home connectivity and/or dual power feeds (light switch and fan switch from the wall)
