Viva Doria Fluoride Free Natural Mineralizing Toothpaste - Cinnamon (3 oz Glass jar)

I absolutely love this toothpaste. It leaves my mouth feeling clean without feeling like I dropped a mint bomb. There is little to no aftertaste. It's vegan and fluoride free.

It's chalky, so if you have that texture thing, you might not like this. However, it's non foaming which I love! I hate having a mouthful of foamy toothpaste - YUCK. This is nice because it doesn't do that. I buy flavors like cinnamon because I hate mint. Hate hate hate mint. With a passion. Bought this because it said it was cinnamon. Brushing my teeth and there's something familiar in the flavors that I definitely do not like. Look on the list of ingredients and they added peppermint, spearmint and wintergreen. WHY for gods sake WHY?! I wanted cinnamon, not cinnamint. And they added stevia. Why not xylitol, which has proven benefits to teeth? And tastes a LOT better. Stevia is gross but I can deal with it. If I can get past the disgusting spearmint and wintergreen I can really enjoy this toothpaste a lot. But it's not easy ignoring a lifelong aversion! So I'm going to keep trying the rest of the container to see if I can deal with the horrible and completely unnecessary addition of mint and see if I can somehow get used to it. If not, I'll just try something else, I guess. (Sigh) I was so excited about it being non foamy. What a disappointment to discover mint in it. ☹️

When I received my jar the lid was cracked on the side, nota huge deal because I could still close it and the under seal was still intact. My husband and I have used almost this whole jar and it's great. Kinda like earthpaste. I like the cinnamon flavor it's refreshing and invigorating. I like this type of toothpast because it doens't bubble excessivly. But my teeth feel clean and smooth like glass when I'm done. Be sure to do a decent job rinsing or you can get some occational grit; but I also have large gaps at my gimline that I need to swish pretty good, so that might not be an issue for everyone. For the price it's worth a try!! I'm glad I tried it!

This is really good toothpaste! I like how it's all natural and fluoride free. The only thing I wish they would have included was a tiny scoop with it. I did use a tiny extra scoop spoon that I had in hand. I don't like dipping my toothbrush in there due to unsanitary reasons. Other than that the toothpaste is really good.

I waited to submit a review until I visited my dentist for a regular cleaning. It turned out like I thought, a very good checkup, no plaque just "very minor staining," my hygienist said. Taste and texture do take some getting used to, but to be without fluoride, and other things that shouldn't be in our mouths – I'd say it's totally worth it.
