Nice laptop
So far so good! It's a nice laptop. I plan on it lasting me a long time. I did a lot of research to find one and it is not disappointing me.

Faulty laptop. Poorly packaged for shipping.
Arrived with faulty network adapter - kept dropping wifi. Tried all repair instructions to no avail so returned. Not surprised as the packaging it arrived in was flimsy and it was not secured with packing material in the outer box so probably got knocked around in transit. Likely the network adapter card was not seated properly as a result. LG could save themselves a lot of trouble with returns if they packaged these high price laptops properly.

almost perfect
okay, this is definitely the lightest laptop i've ever used. the fact that its a 16" screen and has a large enough battery to last hours is just crazy. i have a 14" asus that i use daily because its so portable and light, this is almost half the weight of that. the performance is also exceptional with the newest generation of the intel arc enabled cpu. this is the new one with built in logic cores for enhanced ai integration. the screen is amazingly sharp, it's not a 4k display but is a very nice 2k resolution and in a 16:10 format as well for easier browsing and work related tasks.the large, bright display is perfect for media use and performed excellently for watching videos. the color really pops and the resolution at this close to the screen is close enough to 4k for me. the one downside is the lack of hdr support. i know it's not a 4k oled screen but the brightness is definitely enough to work for hdr. the anti glare screen works really well, especially combined with the high brightness, for working outside or near a window.the only other issue i have is with the speaker placement. the inclusion of dolby atmos is great for streaming but only with headphones or an external speaker setup. the speakers themselves are mounted on the bottom of this. i'm guessing it was done to maximize space and achieve this ultra light and thin form factor. however there's plenty of unused space up top to place the speakers and it would make a big difference in sound quality.aside from the two small issues this is an amazing laptop that has become my daily use machine. i'm giving this a 5 star as i can't rate it 4.75

retuned upon boot up.
RETURNED - Item Missing All accessories - not sure what's included at all but at least no power cord. Laptop first booted up with Error saying "Need to restart" (but I just boot it up ?!) Tried calling Amazon but they said No Warranty and wanted me to call LG and yet does not provide me with any LG contact info? No thanks. Returning. Would rather place a new order for it than hassling with this faulty unit.

Lightweight Personal Computer
I’ve held off on reviewing this laptop to ensure we’ve had a chance to really use it.I’m incredibly impressed. My work laptop is another brand and so I’ve leaned towards that brand on a personal level. This laptop is fantastic and everything I was hoping for in a family laptop. It’s lightweight, it charges quickly, and I love the touchscreen functionality. It works great for video conferencing, checking email, and surfing the internet.I’m sure it’s capable of so much more but we truly just needed a device that enabled our family to do some of the basics without relying on our work laptops.I absolutely recommend it!

great lightweight laptop
This is a great laptop. Has room for another m.2 ssd if needed and is great for everyday use. I am writing this review on it. So far I have yet to find anything i dont like about it. Very impressed with just how smoothly it runs and am astounded that something this light can do everything that it does.

A lightweight workhorse that has a setback
With so many options for laptops available, the LG gram is an excellent option of you are seeking a lightweight and powerful workhorse. The gram is incredibly lightweight and considering it's a 16" that includes a small number pad, you'll be surprised when you pick it up and wonder how it's possible how little effort it takes you to do so. It's also very thin and sports a sleek appearance. So, lets look at some observed pros and cons:Pros:- Lightweight- Thin- The Intel Core Ultra 7 w/Evo Spec is fast - the OS loads quick, apps open quickly, smooth video, easily multi-tasks- The screen - both resolution (just above 2K) and extremely little glare, extremely bright and clear- A super responsive touchpad- Expansion ports with traditional HDMI, headphone jack, USB C (both Thunderbolt 4 capable)- USB A (3.2) ports- Micro USB slot- The battery is incredible and will easily last all day even with heavy usage- High quality cameraCons:- It's a fingerprint magnet, oddly not really the screen, but just about everything else- The speakers are down firing so may be covered by your lap or table, you need to enable Dolby, or they sound bad- It's plasticBottom line: This a great productivity machine considering you don't need to worry about having dongles to add all the ports that some newer and smaller laptops lack. While it can play some games quite well, don't mistake it for a gaming device since it lacks a dedicated GPU. The speakers are ok AS LONG AS you enable the included Dolby Access program and select a profile, if you do not do this, the sound quality is terrible and lacks any real depth or volume. The web camera on this laptop is high quality and even works well in low lighting. If you conference call, you'll see great, and you'll look great. Overall, since this is best positioned as a work machine or for general personal use, it's a really fine laptop that should last for a long time, and the setup is an overall breeze since there is little bloatware on the machine, so it's one of the few laptops that is ready to go out of the box.
