It works
I live a product that works. This one does. No huge chunks of curd to cut down. The curd cooks evenly because you aren’t breaking down big pieces during the stir. Highly recommend

Fits my 2 gallon pots and even larger ones.
Made to last. Love it. The handle is long, now my hands stay out of the when. No pun intended.

I use this for cutting curd.. Prior to cutting under the surface was never even.. Not even close.. Now from top to bottom of pot all curds are uniform in size.. LOVE this tool

Too much mass
The cutter moves the curd around instead of cutting it. I had to put a spatula in the curd to keep it from moving. I will go to the wire curd cutter instead.

Good sturdy and big cheese curd cutter
I haven't used it but it looks like it will work well to cut cheese curds.

Not worth the money or the effort.
Very hard to use, it just pushes the curd around and is very hard to get through the curds. An icing spatula works way better. I returned it. I do not recommend it.
