Been using for 4 months now
Phone is perfect! Processor is good, I can multitask different apps and phone will not lag, battery is long lasting, around 17-24hrs even with mobile data on all day. Charging is super fast, it only takes less than 1hr to charge from 20% to 100%. Camera is ok, not like flagship but can take good, uploadable pictures. I came from samsung note10+ and I think I'll hold on to this phone for the next 5 years. Very functional, durable, feels premium because of the phone dimensions

Theres nothing about this phone that's bad for its price
It has the same quality as a expensive flagship phone model it looks very nice it has a smooth operating system with 120 hz if you are reading this i highly recommend you buy if it's in your budget the white colour is the best

Don't buy from Amazon
Very disappointing experience with Samsung. My phone, still under warranty, was denied repair without any clear reason. Customer service was unhelpful and provided no real explanation or solution. Instead of honoring the warranty or offering a refund, I was left without support. This is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation.
