Zipp Unisex's Service Course Bar Tape-Black

My favorite tape, very comfy and looks great. Does not rewrap well but still worth it

This is the best table on the market, hands-down. Pun intended. I run this on every single bike I own I don’t even bother shopping for anything else.

Things I liked was the feel of the tape. Very comfortable, good grip, and looks great on my road bike. Things I didn’t like was removing/unwrapping the tape. The adhesive is very strong and will actually ripped the tape from the adhesive part when unwrapping from the handlebar. Once you wrap the tape onto the handlebar, it’s basically a one time use and will need to be replaced if needing to be unwrapped.

Initial impressions. I bought this months ago, but yesterday I decided to re-wrap the handlebars on my Pinarello F-10 because the initial wrap from when I took delivery of the bike was starting to look bad. It was easy to apply and I was pleased with the stretchiness, padding, and stickiness. The handlebar end plug seats well. I think it looks terrific. If it stays in place and wears well, I will continue to use this tape. The bike was delivered with Lizard skin tape on it and that only lasted six months and started to stretch and shift leaving gaps in the tape. (I don't know how much of that was caused by the tape brand or a sloppy wrap job). I'll update this review if anything changes.

Very similar to the old ZIPP bar tape, only slightly thinner, and more comfortable and dampening than anything else out there. I like the narrow 3M adhesive strip making a re-wrap or tight wrap easier. Over the decades ZIPP products have always been very trust worthy.

I have tried Cinelli Cork RIbbon, Lizard Skins, Supacuz, and Sram Supercork, and this Zipp Service Course is my favorite so far. It's nice and thick, perfect for rough gravel riding.

Easy to install. Comfortable and I like the fact the grip is not tacky.

Orignal neoprene on dip bar was too thin so I clad the top hand bars in Everbilt 1/2" H2O pipe split insulating foam followed by black electrical tape wraps then the Red Zipps Service Course Road Bar Tape w/ electrical tape to finish the ends. Looks & feels great, no more numb hands.

Guidoline facile à installer, et très confortable. L'inscription "Service course" est faite sur toute la bande, ça dépendra donc des gouts et des couleurs ! Livré avec les bouchons, et les rallonges pour mettre sous les cocottes, au niveau des manettes. Roulé plus de 100km, sans gants. Absore bien la transpiration et l'humidité d'une manière générale !

Obwohl es mein erstes Versuch, hat es sehr gut geklappt. Ich bin damit sehr Vorsichtig umgegangen und das Lenkerband lässt sich gut drehen.

Eccellente prodotto e la seconda volta che lo uso, questa volta sopra un altro nastro e così e ancora più comodo. Al tatto e perfetto, ho fatto 3 ore sotto pioggia forte e non si scivola quando e bagnato. Puoi pagare di più per prodotti peggiori.
