Simple human make some of them most useful contraptions in my home. Their designs and styling are a combination of functionality, simplicity and elegance showing off the best of form meets function. Highly recommended.

This touch-Free Sensor Pump was a Christmas gift for my 23yr old grandson. He asked for it specifically. I made sure that this was what he wanted as his Christmas gift so I checked into it online. He actually loves it! Says it works great. Loves the stainless steel also. It is very handy for this novice cook who is very maticulous. No need to wipe off sticky hands with a towel. Just reach under the sensor and let it do the work. Easy to refill also. Thus, he ordered one for his dad's birthday. That's how much he loves the product.

The design looks great, but it dispenses too much soap at the lowest level, and even worse it randomly dispenses soap when no one is near it. My wife and I just watched it dispense soap 3 times in about 2 minutes when everyone was at least 2 feet away from it. And no water was running (we’ve seen other sensors go off with steam from hot water on occasion).Oh, and somewhat minor, but the oversimplified instructions don’t say you how you can tell when the battery is charged. You have to go to their website to figure that out.

We use them everywhere

This replaced an old handle-type soap dispenser (also Simplehuman) and the automatic sensor dispenser is great. I love the two-level sensor for a little or more soap and I don't have to touch anything with dirty hands. I placed this one in my kitchen. I look forward to replacing my bathroom dispenser next. They are not inexpensive for a soap dispenser but they are really well made, look nice, and are convenient.

I like Simple Human products. They're well designed, stylish, and work well. I'm not sold on their durability (two out of four Simple Human products I've bought in the last 5 years have broken on me), but when they work they work great. I won't judge this product based on the durability of other products, but after having used it for a week it feels solid.My favorite feature is the distance dispensing. The farther away you hold your hand out from the pump, the more it dispenses. So if you just need a small dab, you can cup your palm directly underneath the dispenser and it'll just give you a tiny amount. Hold it farther away and it'll dispense more. It works pretty well and is a cool feature I've never seen anywhere else.There is one major downside in my eyes though: the charger. I am not a fan of how it uses a proprietary charger. The soap dispenser is advertised to last 3+ months on a single charge, which is good, but also makes it that much more likely that I'll lose the expensive looking magnetic charger. I really wish they just stuck with something standard, like a USB-C port or something.Also, it's pricey. But if you've ever shopped for Simple Human products before then you know that their products come at a premium. I just wish, for the price, that they would've at least provided a full size refill - they pack in a sample sized lavender soap that fills maybe 2/3rds of the dispenser.Overall, in terms of the product itself, I like it a lot. It's my favorite dispenser and I'll probably end up picking up some more for the bathrooms in my house. Just know it's not without its faults.

Just received 4 of these soap dispensers. I was immediately impressed with the packaging which spoke to the quality and care for the product. Charged them up and put them to use without any issues. I previously purchased another brand that were less expensive but had to return them because they started to rust within 2 weeks. These are stainless steel and clearly of higher quality and design which explains the higher cost. Hopefully that will lead to longterm reliability.
