EAST OAK Outdoor Storage Box, 230 Gallon Deck Box Lockable Large Outdoor Container for Patio Furniture Cushions, Garden Tools Accessories, Toys, Waterproof and UV Resistant, Grey

I purchased this item about 5 months ago to store my outdoor furniture cushions when not in use. I have a huge furniture (8 seat cushion, 6 back cushions, and 2 arm cushions). All 8 seat cushions (about 2'x2') and 4 back cushions fit comfortably without being squished. To accommodate the last few cushions I later purchased the matching 60 gallon storage box. The resin material was solid and was easy to put together. The gray color also looks amazing on my deck! I did encounter a small issue: the corner of the lid split. I emailed East Oak customer service and explained that no trauma occurred to cause the split and although it is outside, we don't have extreme temperatures. A rep from customer service got right back to me and did send me a replacement lid, which was easy enough to change on a warm day. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this storage box. I've had it for about 5 months now and my cushions are always dry, clean and bug free, even though we have had some nasty storms. Another little perk is that it is lockable. It came with a small padlock which I keep locked to secure the lid so that it doesn't blow open and to keep the local wildlife (raccoons and cats) off my cushions.

Great size, keeps my pool items out of the weather and dirt. Would be great for small bikes or outdoor cushions. My husband assembled with our boys in about an hr. The plastic is thick and seems to be quality. I never have it in direct sunlight and it had held up really well.

OK, so here's the Deal - after a long 6-Day Research Study online for Large Volume (200 Gallons or more) Deck Boxes - (I always try to Check Personal Reviews before purchasing anything of Meaningful Value for the Best Price/Cost; Value for the Money spent; Quality; Size; Strength/Sturdiness; Ease and Integrity of Assembly; Looks; Warranty/Life Expectancy of Product; Worthiness of what it's used for; etc..) I looked for anything in the Range of 165 Gallons to 300 Gallons, as I'm not using this Box for Pillows/Cushions, but for my Chainsaws/Accessories/Tools/Oils/Rags; and anything else that I can fit into the box Realistically. I had purchased 2 (Two) Deck Boxes previously (165 Gallon) several months ago that I used for Firewood, and I Love them - but they aren't available right now. After my lengthy search (which drove my wife nuts), I finally Chose this East Oak 230 Gallon Beauty of a Deck Box! It came in 2 Days (was supposed to be Next Day) in a Nice New Undamaged and Pretty Box! Everything in the box was Intact with Good Readable Directions and each Part Marked and Easy to Assemble! My wife and I put the Box together in just over a half hour, making Sure we did everything Right - however, it can be done easily by one (1) person in an hour pretty easily! This Box is EPIC! Strong and Sturdy Structurally and Everything Fit Like a Glove! Well Reinforced All-Around, and the Lid Lifts and Closes Smoothly! Very Good/Strong Handles on the sides. And - this Box holds All my Chainsaws and Accessories and Tools Plus Much More! I'm not sending any Pictures or Video - Just Trust me on This! I might Over-Think it sometimes, but I want the Best value for my money!

I bought this on sale and am considering buying another. I absolutely recommend this deck box if you need a ton of storage, nice look, great quality, and value for price. Three adults comfortably stood inside after it was assembled, just because we could! I studied this purchase for a long time and read a ton of reviews and am so pleased it is exactly what I need and more. I plan to stop renting a small storage that keeps raising rent and I am sure everything is going to fit. Assembly was straight forward with two people, about 2 -3 hours. A beer and nice weather helped. The box is extremely sturdy, closes and opens gently, and even came with a lock. It is tall and looks great in my townhouse patio. I plan to keep it in the shade and cover with a tarp in the winter to double safeguard against water since I'm not just storing cushions.
