Very happy with quality, ease of install and product.Works well monitoring remote site after a small theft. Does what it says and works well.Purchased a 120G Vodafone sim to go into camera and had no issues setting it up. Instructions are easy to follow and app is easy to use.

Ideal security camera with solar panel. Easy to install and gives great quality pictures.

Spends most of the time "offline" - despite being in a strong 4g area - and using their recommended SIM.The icing on the cake is their troubleshooting advice for this problem! 4 of the 5 things they suggest CANNOT be done when the camera is offline like "turn the camera on in the app" or "check the battery status"."Press and hold the sync button for 4 seconds" - fine if the camera is sitting in your lap but mine is in a remote place (hence the 4g element)!It doesn't come with an antenna but there is an antenna port.There's no info about this port on the Eufy site but apparently, reading other people's experiences, this port isn't supported "yet"!!!!This product has all the hallmarks of being a "beta" product but sorry, I need something that's been tried and tested! Retuning..

Camera is working good, and its high quality. Video records and night vision are on high quality as well. Charging is working greate. 100% worth to recommend.

OK, we’ve had this up and running for around two months now. Located in Cumbria.South facing aspect for the camera, affording the maximum sunlight for the panel. I’m sure come summer it will be fine but we are currently reading to bring it inside every 10 days to recharge the battery. This is December/January.The other thing I would mention is that there is limited information about using a data card other than the excruciatingly expensive option that is included. I’d strongly advise leaving the card that comes with it in the box and taking a trip to your local catalogue shop with the big red sign that begins with A and investing in an 120GB EE Data Only SIM at £60. Set it all up on the WiFi at home, then switch it to 4G when you stick it outside.For the price, this camera is ideal for our requirements and if definitely recommended it. My Brother and Nephew have them on WiFi at their homes and have various cameras linked with the hub. This will be my next move.

Have 4 of the static Eufy cameras and needed something for the area not quite covered. This camera sovled that issue. Easy install, responsive detection and great Ai tracking, superb 4k quality. Great value for money.

Homebase needed to storage recording off the camera , and Homebase requires a corded electric connection. ..See picture for confirmation.....

I’ve got a pretty extensive eufy set up on my property and I think they’re excellent. I love that they can all join together in one ecosystem giving all round coverage and peace of mind.I added this camera as its location is a bit too far from the house to be in WiFi range and in truth it lacks some of the functionality of my other cameras, but it works well and does enough for me to be happy with it.Pros!- its data usage is low- Picture quality is great- it’s a very visible deterrent- the SIM card works well and maintains a good connection- it can be accessed from your mobile phoneCons!- it lacks some of the functionality of other PTZ Eufy cameras- does not have person recognition and other advanced AI functionality- does not link to the Homebase and therefore isn’t sending images to the person tracking feature- there is no clarity if the antenna socket actually does anythingAll in, it’s reasonable value for money and I’d probably give it a 3.5 stars
