Great buy!!
Works great! It is quiet and fast. Great for the price. Easy to hook up. Perfect amount of memory. Takes up no space like a big tower puld leaving plenty of desk space.

This replaced so many raspberry pis!
I run proxmox on this, and used it to replace many raspberry pi projects. It's the perfect little machine with low power usage, plenty of ram and hard drive space for easily 5 or 6 virtual machines. If I need to expand I'm definitely buying more of these!

Like it. Worth the $120 and would buy again
Can't beat the price. It's a great little machine. Easy to tear apart and upgrade. The ONLY downside is that it's got generic nameless ram and not crucial as shown in the blurb. B/M key SSD.

Ships with unsupported Windows 11 OS
I am a big fan of Beelink mini PC's.I purchased both the SER5 and SER8 and have been completely satisfied with both.I purchased the S12 and configured Windows 11 as usual. I was disappointed that find out that Windows 11 reported a "no longer supported OS". The Windows 11 software supplied by Beelink is 21H2 and it will NOT upgrade! I could install a new version of Windows 11 but it will ask for the Product Key which I don't have! Also, the S12 is advertised as containing a 512 NVME SSD but mine unit is a 512 Sata version.Should be 5 stars but this makes it a 4 star review

Nice little device
Fantastic value for an entry workstation. This is a machine that sips power and offers great performance for what you want. It's small size makes for a complete fit in an office environment and it is surprisingly fast. While I'm more impressed with the AMD variants for many uses, the Intel has the onboard transcoding, and the VESA mount make it easy to mount to the back of a monitor or to a wall if you need to put it on a swivel. It's also easy to upgrade the internals, RAM and M.2 + an option to add an SSD. Nice little device.

Kinda Disappointed
Not going to lie, the product was good until recently that the power supply failed and no longer works. Not sure why, its on a battery backup source and in a well ventilated area.Don't get me wrong this was a good computer to have for what little use that I used it, but to have the power source fail no longer than a year later is kinda disappointing.I'm not sure what sort of Tech support or warranty is available for this?

Can't complete windows setup , unusable
The installed version of windows appears not to be legit, and is licensed to some random company i've never heard of. It forces me to sign in to my "work account", with no option to skip (i tried workarounds). Maybe i could reinstall windows, but i purchased this for the convenience, and out of the box it did not work at all. Will be returning.

Headphone jack worked, then didn't
This seems to be a common problem without a solution according to a variety of Google searches. It routes all audio through the monitor and is incapable of finding the headphone jack. It worked at first, but some sort of software update rendered it inoperable. Waiting for a response from Beelink support which seems to be non-existent. Beware.
