This door chime has been a game changer for our household. I use it on my toddler’s door so I know immediately if she gets up in the middle of the night, and the peace of mind it gives me is priceless. This was perfect for alerting when our toddler opens her door. The chime options are nice and the volume control is amazing. This is a great way to wake us up but not scaring us when doing so. Was easy to install and works across our house.

Just be aware this is a magnet8c interlock chime, not an alarm. It only plays for a few seconds and then stops entirely if door is left ajar. It is nice and loud if not hard of hearing though.

Great for alarming you when the door opens and shuts. It doesn’t continuously sound. Just for a few moments. We have it plugged in upstairs and we can hear it throughout the house. It will sound randomly even tho nothing was opened. I’ve had it plugged in for about a month and it went off randomly 3 times.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. Most devices the alert makes a very piercing sound. This actually has different friendly sound setting alerts. Chimes, door bell “ ding dong” and musical tones. ( even holiday! ) I care for a friend with dementia and this is great because it lets me know when she enters / leaves her bedroom and the bathroom. I bought the 3 pack with 2 plug in alerts that I can easily set up in different locations This is also great for young children to alert you if they open a door. Teenagers so you know when they arrive home safely at night if you fall asleep. For any reason to alert you if something opens!

This gives me security knowing that if someone opened the door I would hear it. My only gripe is that it randomly goes off, usually in the middle of the night. I cannot figure out why. It isn't windy, the door didn't fly open, nor anything else. I make sure the doors are shut tight and locked, yet it still goes off. Which isn't good when a person cannot get back to sleep wondering why it went off. I do appreciate the volume, the size, and how easy it is to install. I do feel it worth the value for the money.

Works well with all the multiple settings. Has great noise range! Easy install. Only down side b is the security alarm may randomly chirp/ring.
