The item was missing a piece when it arrived. I contacted the manufacturer, and they sent a replacement.The stand is heavy gauged and sturdy. The tolerances are a little loose, which caused us to hang our hammock a little tighter than usual. All in all, good stand.

We are loving the new hammock set up. I bought this stand and a 12ft two person sized hammock, also off Amazon. My husband is 6'7" and I'm 6'2". I was worried a traditional stand would support our weight or height. I decided on this one because of it's maximum weight support and the length of hammock it supports. It's so good! Came with a few holes on the box, but the stand is in perfect shape and all parts were accounted for. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up and it's so sturdy! I definitely recommend!

This stand was very easy to put together, even by one person with the assistance of a handy wall. Stand itself seems sturdy. I ended up missing 4 washers and one of the bolt hooks that actually holds the straps for the hammock was at least 1/2 an inch too short. It barely peeks through the cross bar and the washer and wing nut are not able to be fastened.I looked everywhere for a customer service numerous to call to no avail. Maybe this review will get back to someone.In the meantime I purchased a replacement bolt because I didn't want the hassle of returning it.

was easy to assemble but it would have been nice to have had a extensions to frame for longer hammocks. Just two pieces of frame to add to bottom frame.
