Yes good product a useful product at this price very comfortable at this level

Even before the expiry of the guarantee / warranty period of six months, the product doesn't pair with the sound device. And as the company (Amazon) has stopped market this neckband, there is no way a genuine customer with a genuine complaint for seeking a replacement, feels helpless. As it is, the company provides no option for seeking a replacement.

Haven't tested for long but if I want to summarise it in one word then it would be value for money product.Sound: (8/10) Good, loud, clear, mostly for people who want to use it for calls. Slight distortion of sound when listening to songs at loud volume but that's not very noticeable.Comfort: (10/10) It's light weight and the product quality is also good.Connectivity: goodOverall a value for money product and I will recommend you to buy the product if you need it for calls and listening to casual songs, etc

Good earphones with excellent noise reduction while driving bike. Call pe achhe se baat ho jati hai. Battery backup bhi bahot achha hai. Price bhi 350-450 rehta hai iska. Mic is good. Go for it 👍🏻👍🏻

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for 329 only. Without any offers or sale.Build quality is good, I was amazed by the vibration it has. With each call you can feel neckband vibration. That's quite good feature for me, as I'm a type of person who forget where I kept them.Coming to the sound it has quite balanced bass n treble , for me sound is great.The best feature of the neck band is also it's worst feature which is vibration. Just after 15 days of use right side's (button/vibration side) started to have distortion and sometimes don't work. After few taps it starts to work both side.Coming to worst part, Amazon basics' service. They will tangle you with this and that but won't give you service. Till now I've sent them every documents and videos which they asked me still no help with replacement or warranty claim.

Product is not good. One side stopped working within 4 months. But what is worse is Appario's customer service. Writing to the email for warranty did not elicit any response. Only after calling them(and waiting for 30 minutes for the call to connect) did I get a response to my mail asking me to send a video along with invoice. So I sent the video and invoice. Again, no response. It is clear Appario are a bunch of scamsters. If anybody else is buying with the illusion that warranty would be honoured, please think again.Update- After lots of follow ups, I have got a refund. But still this deserves 0 stars as they harass you a lot.
