This is comfotable to wear and gave both support and confidence. After a knee injury my knee is very unpredictable and can give in on me at any time, I felt more secure when leaving the house with this on. For that reason this was well worth the price. Only downside is that it could loosen off after wearing for a few days, however it washes well and suppleness is restored and it keeps in shape

The only downside I’ve noticed is that if you wear it for a long time, your knee can get a bit sweaty. Because of that, I would recommend not wearing it for extended hours without breaks. That said, it's still an excellent brace, and I highly recommend it to anyone dealing with knee pain or recovering from an injury. This brace has definitely made my day-to-day work more manageable and less painful—worth every penny!
