Excellent lights to prevent accidents using telescopes
These are excellent lights to place on telescope legs to prevent observers from running into the setup. I small piece of black electrical tape wrapped around the LED attenuates the light allowing it only project light down, producing just enough light so the tripod legs can be seen.Well worth the cost, and they have worked well so far.

Less expensive than new lithium batteries
I had an LED keychain light I had carried for years but it needed new batteries. When searching for batteries I saw these lights and realized for the cost of two lithium batteries for my old light (which was cracked and, in truth, showing its age) I could get 5 of these lights. Kind of as no-brainer. They are not fancy but all work well and have sturdy rings for attachment and give about 15 lumens which is plenty for finding dropped things in the car and seeing where you are walking on a moonless night. The beam illuminates a good 20-30 feet.

I purchased this to see if gems would glow, but it's not strong enough

Works as expected. I put these on the exterior of my bug out/camping bags to have quick access to light at night without compromising night vision

Great for uranium glass
The media could not be loaded. Some reviews complained that it was the wrong light to detect ug blah blah. Admittedly the light is more blue than my big torch that is more purple. But the evidence is in my video. It very clearly detects uranium glass just as clearly as any other. It's extremely small, smaller than I was expecting which is good as I intended to keep it on my keychain. For the price it's a great value and when the 6 I purchased die I'll just buy more instead of paying to replace the battery. If you hunt for UG these are your best friend.

Perfect size
These are the perfect size to carry with me to hotels and antique stores. They are bright and tuck into a pocket or attach to my purse easily. Uranium glass glows under black light.
