This worked beautifully on the weiners. Only did two Hebrew National weiners. Absolutely delicious! Costco got away from Hebrew National hot dogs a few years ago and went to Kirkland. They are not as tasty. I used the 30 mns on the timer. Didn't bother with warming buns. I simply put them in a quart size Ziploc on defrost in the microwave for 20 seconds. They were soft and hot. I did think the racks for the buns were a little chintzy. There is only one drip or crumb tray that is optional to use under the buns or under the weiners. USE IT UNDER THE WEINERS. You don't want the drippings to fall onto your buns. Cleaning the rollers was awkward because you cannot remove them, but once you remove the drip tray, you can get under the rollers easily. This is perfect for a couple of people who just want to eat hot dogs and hot ones. A good buy. P.S. The company used strapping/filament tape to hold the lid and door closed. This was foolish. The gunk cannot be removed. I used a no-scratch cleaning pad and the sticky goop will not come off. They already sent this packaged with protection over the lid and door. Nothing was going to come open. It also fits snuggly in its' own box, as well. They should not have used ANY tape on this appliance. So, I have sticky unsightly areas on lid and door. Awful!

In the video, you can hear what the timer sounds like while it’s being timed and after it’s done, you can hear the bell. I love this hotdog roller, I’ve used it about 5x now. It cooks the hotdogs evenly, works well, the kids love it! It’s cute, just wish it came in a cream color. It very lightweight to carry. The inside is just a warmer, it doesn’t toast your buns. Shipping came on time and there were no damages. I think it’s worth the money. It only fits 4 regular sized hotdogs, but I added two more hotdogs by breaking them up to fit. I have also made thick sausages on this thing, however, they started to curl too much and they were so big that I had to leave the lid open to cook it. Hope this helps make your decision on your purchase :)

Nice little toy. Cooks dogs and brats REALLY nicely, and the bun warmer works nice too. Easy to use. Somewhat difficult to clean, but expected. 8 dogs? I think not. UNLESS you get the really small Oscar Mayer dogs (or similar), and even then they don’t fit great. We have another cooker, Elite Gourmet cooker (same basic thing) that was only meant for 4 dogs/buns and we use them at the same time to cook 8 dogs/buns. Very cool look though, love the Oscar Mayer & yellow look.

It's well made and works great. I tried buying another make 2 times and it was a disaster, the first one showed up crushed and the second one had a hole in one of the rollers. This one is heavy construction, quiet and cook's perfectly. Should have just bought this one from the beginning

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! Use at least once a week. Everyone loves the dogs. The buns wrapped in foil, steam to a taste perfection. Easy to use and clean. Can cook for at a time. Cooking time is by a timer. I like my dogs well done which takes 25 minutes.

We picked this up for a Christmas present for someone that loves the gas station hot dogs. He was super excited! Set up was simple and it's quite and nice to look at. Very nostalgic. However, you can tell it's not built very sturdy, so don't mistreat it - make the kids be gentle with it. If you take care of it, it should last years - however I wish it was built solid so I didn't have to be so careful. I'd love to shove it into a cabinet for storage but didn't dare.

Is this the greatest thing on the face of the earth? Probably not, it's a hot dog griller. But I used to work in a movie theatre and we had a hot dog roller machine that made awesome hot dogs. So I thought I'd try this one. It's small, a little bigger than a toaster but it will roll 8 dogs at a time. The rollers are slow so you can't tell they're even rolling, but in 12-15 min you have tasty hot dogs just like the ones at the movie theatre. The bun warmer will heat 8 buns as well. Truthfully, the bun warmer will dry out your buns just like the big one do. There are ways around that but they may not be mfg recommended. Still the buns aren't excessively dry and they are fine. The cabinet for the machine is a bright yellow or red plastic that is easy to clean. I suggest using a damp NOT WET cloth to clean the rollers when they are warm: they wipe easily clean. I can truthfully say, this is the funnest purchase I have made off Amazon! I love it!!!!(consequently, I'm eating more hot dogs so I have to hit the gym more now!!!)

Great product if it's only you and 1 other person eating hotdogs. Only holds 4 hot dogs and 4 buns.
