The Adora Adoption Baby Handsome may fit a preemie size baby clothes. However, please note that baby clothing also varies by brand, so it is best to try a few sizes on your doll when you get him home to see what works the best.

Cute doll, but, is the crib made of plastic, or cardboard? For the price, I will expect plastic at least.
