one of the most effective gels I’ve tried for recovery - really intense cooling effect, easier than applying ice, can carry the tube around anywhere even when travelling if you enjoy active holidays! I play sport 4-6 times a week so very useful for me. Helps with soreness and any inflammation. Does not smell as intense as most other products. Only thing is you have to clean the skin before applying - it’s still effective but creates some residue, like any gel product. Remember to wash hands immediately after.
