Great texture and taste

Very disappointed. Cheeses don't taste like they should and these can be found just as easily at Hickory Farms

Bought this as a gift for someone who is gluten intolerant because it claimed to be gluten free. It is not gluten free, only the cheese is gluten free.

I will be hooked on this! I will be purchasing more in the future! Very good cheese!
