I USE IT IN MY CACAO DRINK AND TO MAKE WAFFLES (NO GLUTEN, I USE COCONUT FLOUR). THIS SYRUP HAS INULIN AND OTHER THINGS THAT OUR GUT MICROBIOM LOVES, SO IT WILL HELP OUR DIGESTION AND THIS WILL RESULT IN A BETTER IMMUNE SYSTEM, BETTER MOOD (INTESTINAL MICROBIOM MAKES SEROTONIN AND OTHER B VITAMINS THAT GO THEN INTO THE BLOOD AND BRAIN. YOU CAN USE IT IN THE COFFEE - METHYL FOLATE ALSO VERY IMPORTANT FOR DIGESTION BTW. GLUTAMINE FOR HEALING THE GUT - USED SHORT TERM OR SPARINGLY.
