The chair was just what I expected, very sturdy and very comfortable specially near the neck area which i needed the most as i am near my computer almost 24/7. The colour variety which the company produces are very much eye catching toooo. Loved the chair.

This product is a very good buy.Customer service executives are easily approachable on phones(whatsapp) and through email. Resolution time is low.

Nice product easy to assamble. But back support not at the best. Comfort is prity good but not for long working hours, it will cause tailbone pain as I discover. You should buy back support as well sitting pillow for that.Pros. Easy installation, best for office and home.Hydraulic works better.Cons. Not for the chronic back pain support.

Really nice chair, installation is a little bit hard, i will recommend to watch a video on youtube to install it. Other than that, headrest, armrest, back support, the wheels of the chair , hydraulics are also working fine. Everything is up to the mark. No complaints. Best chair in this budget.

Based on first impressions after the setup, the chair quality is good. Wheel base received is not as shown in the images. It's a welded wheel base. The quality of the wheel base is not bad, it's ok. Hope it's durable. The arm rest could have been better with soft top, it's a plastic one and might hurt your elbows for old people. The head rest support is not so convenient as during normal sitting it doesn't touch only when you intentionally take your head back then you can rest. Seat is good not so soft not so hard. For elder people it might feel a bit hard. The lumbar support is ok ok type. The mesh is good but feels like it will come out after long use from the edges. Looks are good. Easy to assemble yourself, but there was no guide material provided in the package except for screws and alen keys. Overall OK product , you can use it for 2-3 hours without fatigue to back
