Uhhh, this remote doesn’t take AAA batteries!!! No way they would fit! What a piece of crap I have the remote woes! This is the second one I tried!!! !!!!

I have now bought 3 of these because my wife and children keep loosing them. Overall no complaints.

The remote works great. All I had to do was. Put batteries in the remote and my TV was back up and running very happy with this remote I didn’t have to do any kind of programming so that was great
