They have a complex relationship where they challenge each other but also deeply care for one another. SOOO GOOD🥰🥰 - The side romance subplot. The love triangle. The angst. The confusion. Everything🤍🤍 - All the characters are well-developed and each holds a special place in my heart. 😍🥰🤍 SLOANE , LIA and MICHAEL HAS MY HEART. **Personal Critique:** While the characters were fantastic, I found the protagonist, Cassie, a bit frustrating at times. There were moments when she seemed naive or imprudent, but by the end, I appreciated her character growth. Overall, *Killer Instinct* is a solid forensic thriller that kept me thoroughly entertained. impossible to put down.great story line.as lovely as the first part.

In my experience ,sequels are often lacklustre and disappointing.However this novel makes for a perfect YA read with compelling characters,a wonderful plot which keeps you guessing till the end and some romance which does not overpower the the central plot.The story is fast paced,and the novel is an absolute page turner. I do not recommend starting this novel as a lighthearted read as it is very hard to put down once started.

Fantastic book had quite a twist at the end and would recommend to people who love adrenaline, thriller books with a mysterious twist

This is one of my favorite series of all times! I think about this book daily and this entire series is perfection!📚❤️ The tension in this book was outstanding and the book had an found family trope as well which I really liked since their childhoods… However, the plot twist!? Incredible, perfection, a literal masterpiece! Jennifer Lynn Barnes makes the best plot twist of all time.
