Q: I'm 60+ with "mature" (old) dry skin but also blackheads from sunscreen use. Have other elders tried this, will it dry up/wrinkle my skin even more?

I'm also 60 and have old and yet still "touchy" skin. I can (and DO) use this every night to keep things unclogged. It works Fast, doesn't over dry like the benzoyl peroxide products , I can apply makeup over it and it doesn't ruin your wash cloths. It IS getting hard to find so get while you can!

Q: Does this work to clear the old acne spots/marks?

Technically, salicylic acid helps with hyperpigmentation, but I think this formula is way too drying to use for that and should really just be used as a spot treatment. You’re better off trying a product that has Azelaic Acid or like a BHA toner for PIH. The Ordinary has a pretty affordable and effective Azaleic Acid. When starting with a BHA, you might want to start like 2-3 times a week for a month and see how your skin reacts. It works by exfoliating dead skin cells and for some people that can be harsh.

Q: Can it help with black/white heads?

Don’t know. I bought it for my granddaughters pimple breakout and it worked for that
