I started taking it the recommended dosage and I felt the supplement working from the first day itself. It increased my hunger and boost the igf hormone. Just be mindful to take before bed, growth hormone has a mildly sedative effect. Basically you will feel sleepy and lethargy.

No effect even after consuming for more than 10 days..I would not recommend it as it's expensive and I am seeing no result.No boost in energy level quality.. Only packing is good but no effect on body or mind
