Works great with Framework 16 laptop
I have plenty of high wattage Dell power adapters on hand and I wanted to try to repurpose them. This adapter did the trick and was plug and play. It feels very well made, and was recognized immediately. It states explicitly on the cable that it will only adapt the physical plug - there are no voltage changes whatsoever. I was worried about this since USB-C spec calls for 20V, and most traditional laptop adapters including Dell are 19.5V. There appears to be enough tolerance in my laptop that it accepts it without issue. Charges just like my Normal USB-C brick does. This should also work with HP charging bricks as well, since a lot of their older laptops and business grade units used the 7.4mm DC barrel plug as well.

Works great
I normally wouldn't review such a basic product but I had tried 2 different adapters previously. I bought them from 2 different manufacturers (They were definitely different from each other, not the same adapter with different logos). Both didn't work! That was a while back and I wanted to try again so I could use an old laptop charger with newer laptop. This one worked and is good quality construction. I'm buying another one too!

Worked fine with a few USB-C PD laptops.
I used this converter to successfully make older Dell and HP 65W adaptors work with newer Dell, HP, and Lenovo laptops that support USB-C power delivery. I do have two complaints. One is that the "female" 7.4mm x 5.0mm plug is not deep enough to fully seat the "male" end from the power adaptors, and a little tape is needed to hold them together securely. The second is that $10 is a bit overpriced given the Chinese origin.

Great way to repurpose an old charging cord for my new computer

Works Great
It is better than the factory version that cost 10x more. The only flaw is that you may need to update the drivers.

Works well so far
I was able to plug this on to my HP power adapter so now I can charge my phone at 100w. It produces a weird high pitched hum though.
