I would not consider this "New" as listed because the outer package is damaged in a few places, but fortunately the inner package including the cards appears to be sealed and undamaged. This was slightly cheaper than other listings, so seems acceptable as long as you aren't looking for a totally mint product.

Good starter deck for the game.
