This is unsweetened, which is great for my needs. You can use Google or Papago to translate the bag. But it’s 45-50 grams with one cup of water or milk. I like it hot but you can use it cold too. There are many recipes online for how to sweeten it if that’s what you want. It mixes smooth and not gritty. It’s a great meal replacement.
