Works perfect. Was easily able to flip my screens and enjoy 1 big screen using 4 55' TV highly reccomend..

Great Product, just wish there was a more comprehensive manual to explain how it works better. I also wish there was a better way to run my surround sound through the controller.

I used a pi to create a push button that switches between 2x2 video wall and 1 to 1 (input 1 to output 1, input 2 to output 2 and so on.) The pi communicates with this device via the supplied usb to rs232. I appreciate the documentation, included cables, and I contacted the company for support and they were reasonably responsive.

The manual and videos did not help when trying to install and set up your video wall at home. There really wasn’t a step by step instruction of the how to. I had to call an IT person help with the configuration.

Product seems very well built and doesn't feel cheap at all. No issues setting it up, the included directions are great. Most importantly this one is mostly being used for gaming and we have had no issues with latency.

This is not as plug and play as marketed . Top two TV’s were mounted Upside down . Therefore the displays had to be mirrored. I could not get the IP address and online interface to work(no tech support) . So I had to use RS 232 port and program the mirror using code . This code is in the manual . Make sure you label your HDMI cords and use the same port on your TV’s.

Great product with excellent image resolution.

Bought in August 7th stopped working October 6th… doesn’t turn on anymore. This costs way too much for this to not last 🤦🏾‍♂️
