Design
Terrible design. Wrong bolts for retractable casters. Missing parts. Not worth the aggravation .Could have designed a better one myself

Instructions could be clearer. photo of assembled unit would help.
A bit awkward to assemble, illustrations are not too clear. Many fasteners to install so a power driver would certainly be an asset. Overpainting on surfaces caused one of the wheel lifts to jam and need a bit of grinding. Threads for levelling feet were also painted and required cleaning before the feet would screw in. Overall sturdy enough for my 45 Kg drill press.

Instructions, what instructions?
Instructions absolutely terrible, completely unintelligible. Had to find a video online to work out how to assemble it. Paint in the bolt holes, had to clean them out to get bolts to fit. This has been noted in other reviews. Contrary to the sale description, it does NOT snap together and tools are definitely required to assemble it.

Not very well thought out
No in box assembly instructions, and I was not near a computer when I put it together. While getting it put together, I found the caster wheel mounts do not set level in the down position. This issue causes the casters to not rotate through a circle when down. The levers that apply the casters had holes not drilled in the correct position to level the mounts. I installed an 1/8” thick piece of metal under the lever that corrected the problem. The threaded holes for the adjustable stabilizers were clogged with paint, so I had to run a tap through the holes before installing the stabilizer posts.

Missing parts and poor quality construction
Can't review maneuverability or sturdiness because I still can't use the base some weeks after receiving it. (I'm guessing it's sturdy, but can't say for sure so I gave it 3 stars.) It came with 2 parts missing. Can't complain about the customer service, as they were quick to initiate the sending of the parts, but as the parts came from China, I waited a few weeks for them. I was finally able to assemble the base, but found that the brackets into which the support posts (opposite the fixed wheels) are screwed in are improperly threaded. I can't screw the posts into the brackets. I'll have to tap and drill them to the correct opening size and thread count. I don't have a tap of that size, so I'll have to buy one, increasing the effective cost of the base. I have another machine that needs a mobile base. I won't be buying another one from this company.
