I bought this CATIVE Engineered Hard Wood Study Table expecting a sturdy and reliable workspace. Instead, I got a 3D puzzle with an attitude problem.1️⃣ Assembly Instructions? More Like a Riddle.The manual was written by someone who clearly enjoys watching people suffer. I felt like I was deciphering ancient hieroglyphs while trying to put this thing together. IKEA, you have competition.2️⃣ "Engineered Wood" = Fancy Name for MDF?I thought I was getting a solid, premium feel, but it turns out "engineered wood" is just a polite way of saying "wood that had a rough childhood." It’s decent, but don’t expect it to survive an earthquake. Or a strong sneeze.3️⃣ Spacious but Questionable Stability.It holds my laptop, books, and coffee mug just fine. But lean on it the wrong way, and it wobbles like it's had a few drinks. Confidence level: Shaky.4️⃣ Aesthetic? Yes. Durability? We’ll See.It does look good—I'll give it that. If you want a desk that says, “I’m a serious professional” but secretly means “I hope this doesn’t collapse mid-Zoom call,” this is the one.Final Verdict:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Looks great, works fine, but keep a screwdriver handy and don’t expect heirloom-quality furniture.

The holes underneath the plank where you fix the pipe using screws , these holes have bearing to hold the screw, it is of bad quality. In the long run it will not sustain and come out easily out of the plank if you move table here and there . Once it comes out of holes it will no longer be able hold the screws again and you can’t fix the pipe again. This is big engineering failure and just because of this i don’t recommend to purchase it as it is expensive and you can get much better from the local market at this priceOnce you tighten the screw’s underneath, you will keep rotating with screw driver, the screw won’t stop rotating because once you rotate it the hole In the wood gets bigger and that’s what I mentioned above engineering failureApart from that paint job on top of the plank is very poor if you try cleaning it with collin or mild wet sponge , the white colour starts coming out. Such poor thing.
