You get what you pay for
While it is value for money, it is a rather unremarkable build and is not reliable (the stand's arms actually give way a little, that's why I think so) for heavier guitars like a heavy full solid body les paul or a large 8 stringer. For lighter electric guitars or an acoustic, however, just go for it.
