Great quality! It came with directions for sizing that were easy to follow and helped me find my fit. The inserts are easy to clean and put in and take out of my pump. I’ve always despised pumping because it was uncomfortable and made me sore afterwards. I was using the 24mm flange that came with my pump until a lactation specialist suggested these. I appreciate this so much. I was a FULL YEAR into pumping before I realized my flange size was wrong. I didn't want to guess my size so this set was so handy. Turns out I was using a flange almost 4 SIZES TOO BIG! Once I started using the right size it was so much more comfortable and my output was better. The inserts are nice quality and easy to use with my pump. This was so worth it!

Great set, includes several sizes and the measuring sheet. If you plan on pumping these are a must as you really need to have a flange that fits to make your pumping experience positive! The right flange size will get you more milk, as it’ll provide a better fit around the nipple and make it more comfortable. Pumping kits usually don’t come with multiple flange sizes and instead come with a larger flange that doesn’t fit the majority of woman.
