Impressive
For the price this is a nice bit of kit. I use it for a telephone sales type of work and it works very nicely, leaving my hands free for writing, etc. I would recommend this product.

Very Impressed After A Year Of Use
Having used this headset frequently for about a year I can say that it works very well. If it should fail in the future I would buy another, but there's no sign of any deterioration yet!The headset I had before this lasted a very short time so I wasn't confident this would be any better but it definitely is, and for a good price too.I use this to record the sound for YouTube videos and for business calls and it's great at both tasks. It is comfortable to wear (although you can get hot ear after prolonged use), it is very adjustable for head size, either ear, mic position, very easily indeed. The cable is plenty long enough for me.It has no software and a standard, old school, headphone jack that worked straight away without any tinkering with my S9 smartphone and PC.The noise reduction is pretty effective with house noises etc but it won't cancel out a loud motorbike going by your window, but for this price I think that's very fair.I have no complaints with this product.

Lightweight and comfortable
Loved that the whole headset is light, the earpieces are not too big and softly padded (both of them) and that the mic is movable to any position. Was also impressed that an 'adapter' was supplied in case the phone socket was smaller than most. As it was, I didn't need the adapter. My husband and I are in a local amdram group and because of lockdown are unable to put on our summer play. So we are doing a radio version of a play and we use 'conference call' to rehearse while self-isolating. My hand and wrist were getting very sore and tired holding my phone to my ear for up to 1.5 hours, so this headset is perfect. Many thanks for a great product.

NO GOOD FOR IPHONES
I bought this item as I hoped to use it on my IPhone 8 , everywhere I looked I read if I bought the apple connection I could use this headset on my iPhone for calls.As I work from home and make many calls . As nice as this product is. It DOES NOT WORK ON THE IPHONE EVEN WITH THE ADAPTER USED TO PLUG IN THE JACK! Please DO NOT BUY IF YOU USE A IPHONE.

Very good quality.
Very happy with the quality of the the product and sound. Using the handset on a Samsung smartphone. Have been using this for two days now. So far so good. Happy with the product.
