Amazing. I am 35 but I feel like 19 again I workout 4-5 days a week for 2 hours each time. Wake up feeling like Superman. I quite coffee. I was addicted to caffeine since I was 17.

The capsules are about medium sized and easy enough to swallow with no terrible aftertaste which is much appreciated. It does contain all the needed ingredients to help get a boost during your workout including L Arginine and a combination of Amino Acid Supports which is helpful in muscle recovery and growth. I would recommend trying to eat or drink something with these supplements because they did lend themselves to a slight stomach upset the first few times on an empty stomach with just water. Are they a miracle pill? Not necessarily. You still have to do the work and also eat/drink well and probably supplement with other additives if you want to see crazy results. They are also on the pricey side to me but it sounds like that is more or less the going rate for these kinds of supplements in the dosages provided.

Taking this has allowed me to do more workouts and go for longer lengths of time.
